A year is 52 weeks of the register's weekly figure, for every device of that class.
Scope 2 and Scope 3 electricity are listed apart, because a report lists them apart.

Where the line goes once it is written
The tool measures a fleet. It does not compare two.
A fleet under one agreement comes with one invoice and a report for each site.
Each office arrives on its own line, the way this table wants it.
Secure release holds a job until a card is presented, and the uncollected pages it stops are pages never printed.
The three published plans name what each device includes each month, and the plan sets nothing here.

Why is there no Australian paper factor?
Australia stopped making white office paper in January 2023, when Maryvale ran its last ream.
The one mill making copy paper since 2026, Boyer in Tasmania, publishes no product footprint.
The scheme that once certified paper here, Climate Active, closes by 30 June 2027.
A supplier with its own declared figure can be entered above the table.
Is this a figure I can put in a climate report?
The figure is an estimate from published factors and the page says so.
Every factor is named under the table with its source and the date it was read.
The report line names the method, so an auditor can trace it.
Supplier data comes first under AASB S2, so use a supplier's figure where one exists.
Does the tool need my printers' page counts?
A rough monthly page count per office is enough to start.
The paper column is arithmetic from pages at 80 gsm, so a better count gives a better tonne.
A fleet under one agreement gets a report for each site, so each office is already on its own line.
What you type is sent nowhere until you choose to send it.
Who has to report from 1 July 2027?
A company meeting two of three tests: $50 million revenue, $25 million in assets, or 100 employees.
ASIC publishes the groups and the dates.
A company with five to ten offices can meet that test.
Its printer fleet appears in the report as a Scope 2 and a Scope 3 line.
