Victoria's 227,444 square kilometres end at the Murray, and one agreement carries on across it.

A Wodonga branch and an Albury branch are in two states, yet they can still share one invoice.

Offices come over one by one, as each lease runs out.

Every Victorian office, river towns included

Name each town, on either bank of the Murray.

Victorian offices, and their twins across the Murray in New South Wales, can sit on one Global Document Solutions managed print agreement.

Which Victorian offices can share one agreement?

Mallacoota in the east and Portland in the west fit inside the same agreement.

According to Geoscience Australia, Victoria covers 227,444 square kilometres.

Victoria is the smallest mainland state, yet still a long drive end to end.

A Melbourne head office often runs branches in Geelong, Ballarat or Bendigo.

Further out are Gippsland and the Murray towns.

Each of them joins the same agreement and gets its own printer and plan.

List each address, and each one gets its own lines in the written scope.

No office has to wait for another to finish.

A Bendigo office with two staff may need a smaller machine than a Southbank floor.

The paperwork does not grow with the map.

All of them share one invoice.

Each site still gets its own page report, so head office sees which branch prints what.

What happens to an office on the other bank of the Murray?

It joins the same agreement, even though it is in another state.

Murray twin towns on one agreement A river runs across the frame as the border, New South Wales above and Victoria below. Four pairs of offices face each other, and every one drops a line to one agreement. NSW Vic Buronga Mildura Moama Echuca Mulwala Yarrawonga Albury Wodonga one agreement
Each river town has a twin across the border, and all eight reach one agreement.

According to NSW Land Registry Services, the southern bank of the Murray is the state border.

The river itself is in New South Wales, and the High Court settled that line in 1980.

Cross the bridge from Wodonga and your Albury office is in another state.

Both offices go on one list, with one agreement and one invoice.

The written scope still names the state on each address.

Offices further into that state are on a page for New South Wales offices north of the river.

Where do Melbourne offices fit in?

The Melbourne page covers the city and its suburbs in more detail.

Melbourne offices are covered in how a Melbourne CBD fleet and its regional sites are handled.

Its coverage starts at the CBD and reaches past the ring road to the Peninsula.

It also sets out the city response, generally within 4 hours.

A Tasmanian office joins the same agreement as a Victorian one.

A branch across Bass Strait has a Tasmanian page covering freight by sea.

Every state we cover is listed on the full list of states and cities we serve.

A town no page names

Every Victorian address is serviced.

An office in Horsham or Sale can join without a page of its own.

Add it to your list, and the planner below handles it the same way.

Which Victorian office should move across first?

Usually the one whose lease runs out soonest.

According to Global Document Solutions, offices in Melbourne and Wodonga can join months apart.

Nothing is cancelled early to begin.

Enter every office with the month its lease runs out.

With 6 offices, that can mean 6 different end months.

The planner lists them, soonest first.

Any office with no current contract goes to the top.

Your enquiry can carry that list, so the review starts in the same order.

An office opened next year can join the same agreement.

Its printer lifts the monthly figure, and the term end can stay or extend.

Your move order

Add an office and its end month to see the order.

Who comes out when a Victorian printer stops?

You call our workshop once, whichever bank of the river the office is on.

An authorised dealer or the manufacturer does the repair, and we book the visit.

A Melbourne office can generally expect a technician within 4 hours.

A regional town generally gets a visit the next business day.

The agreement does not promise those times as a term.

Price and paperwork stay between you and us.

We watch toner levels, and you get an update when one runs low.

Before you commit, see what the agreement says when its term ends.

From $160 + GST a month per device.

Standard plans, tailored to your fleet. Excess page rates are stated in your quote and are normally the same at every location.

Paper, staples and pages above your agreed volume sit outside that figure.

What goes on the written scope for a Murray town office?

The same lines as any other office, with its state named.

The scope lines for an office near the border

An excess page rate is the charge for each page beyond your plan.

The quote states it for every office.

Printers you already own cannot join.

The agreement supplies each office with its own.

The same 5 lines appear for a Southbank floor and a Mildura branch.

Only the state on the address changes.

What Victorian buyers ask about the border

Can our Wodonga and Albury offices share one agreement?

Yes. The river is the state border, and the agreement crosses it.

Each still has a printer and a plan of its own.

Both land on the same invoice as your Melbourne offices.

Do we need separate agreements for Victoria and New South Wales?

No. One agreement can hold offices in both states.

The written scope names the state on each address.

The visit process depends on whether it is a capital city or a regional town.

Does our Melbourne office have to move across first?

No. A Melbourne office waits for its own lease to end, like any other.

A regional branch can go first if its lease ends sooner.

The planner on this page sorts that order for you.

Add the river towns as well

Either bank of the Murray goes on one list.
