What does a tailored standard plan include?
Printers listed in the scope are supplied under the agreement, on a standard plan tailored to the business.
Each of the 3 standard plans includes the supplied printer.
Each printer comes on the agreement, so no office carries a separate lease.
Each plan is matched to the office's print workflow and page counts.
Toner levels are monitored, and an update is sent when one runs low.
The service work and replacement components are included.
Paper and staples remain outside the plan, as do pages above the included allowance.
