Tell us what you run

About ninety seconds.

The fleet questions are the ones that decide your rate, so they are worth being roughly accurate about.

Trading year and client count: published by Global Document Solutions, who operate this service, and read from their site on 5 September 2026.

Rating and review count: from the Google Business Profile for Global Document Solutions, read the same day.

Next business day attendance: a commitment we make, not a measured result.

Three steps, and you can stop at any of them

Tell us how many sites and devices you have.

What comes back is a written scope.

It names the devices we would put at each address, and the rates that apply to your volume.

No site visit unless you ask for one.

If the term itself is still new to you, what actually changes on the day you sign takes about two minutes to read.

  1. 1.0

We read what you sent and come back with questions

Usually about volumes and about the sites you did not mention.

This is email, not a call, unless you would rather talk.

Branch addresses count, and how thick the cover is at each one is worth checking before you list them.

  2. 2.0

    You get a written scope

Devices proposed per site, the rate card at your volume, the attendance commitment, the term, and what happens if you exit early.

All of it on paper before anyone asks you to decide anything.

If you would rather see the bands before you send anything, the published ranges a scope is priced against are all on one page.

  3. 3.0

If it stacks up, we walk the sites

    Only at this point.

A site walk before a scope is a sales visit dressed as diligence.

Ask every supplier on your list to work this way, using the questions that separate an operator from a hardware sale.

The five things a written managed print scope has to contain A written scope names the devices proposed for each site, the rate that applies at your volume, the attendance commitment, the term, and what it costs to exit early. All five arrive on paper before any decision is asked for. WHAT COMES BACK, AND WHAT IS IN IT THE SCOPE Devices proposed, per site The rate at your volume The attendance commitment The term What it costs to exit early All five on paper before you decide anything.
A supplier who sends a rate before a scope has priced a guess. The fourth and fifth rows are the two nobody volunteers, and they are the two that decide what the agreement costs you if anything changes.

A written scope names the devices, the volumes and the sites. It does not need anybody to walk around your offices first.

From $160 + GST a month per device.

Volume is pooled across every site, so a larger fleet prices into a lower band.

Paper, staples and pages above your agreed volume sit outside that figure.

Replacing a machine already on contract

We replaced our existing machine (also through GDS) and, as always, the process was seamless.

We had our machine up and running with minimal downtime.
