What we do with what you send us

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site.

Your name, work email, phone number and organisation.

The number of offices you run, your head office state and an approximate device count.

Whatever you write in the message field.

There are no advertising trackers on this site, so nothing here follows you onto another one.

Why we collect it

To work out what your fleet would cost, to write you a scope, and to reply.

The office count is the field that decides whether we are the right supplier for you at all, which is why it is compulsory.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the form service that delivers the submission to us.

Nobody else.

We do not sell, rent or trade contact details.

We do not pass them to an attending technician unless you become a client and that technician needs to attend your site.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that never turns into an agreement is deleted twelve months after you send it.

Once you are a client, the record stays for as long as the agreement runs, and for seven years after it finishes.

Australian tax and contract law sets that seven years, not us.

Seeing it or deleting it

Ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you and correct or delete it.

Use the form on the contact page and say what you want.

There is no charge and we will come back within thirty days.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees the request for the font file.

Blocking third party fonts in your browser stops that.

We name a fallback face for every one of them, so the page still reads properly when you do.

Complaints

Tell us first through the contact form.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can take the complaint further.

The complaints route is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This policy is written to meet Australian Privacy Principle 1.3.
